Excellent service and great PC. You can customise whatever you want in your PC through their website. I was given a shipping date, but the PC turned up 2 days earlier than expected. Nice surprise! Ordered my first pc from here, been using it regularly for the past month and had no problems I also had no problems with any damage to the build or components in transit. A couple things to note would be that I requested a fast delivery service which they were unable to do in days but I was refunded for that fee and received my custom build with in 7 days.

They were also out of stock of one of the components I requested but give me the option to wait a week for it to come back in stock or use a replacement and refund the difference which is what a chose. I have no complaints about the communication from their support team they were always helpful and quick to reply. Great build and excellent quality also absolutely brilliant customer service!!

I received my PC as promised when I could not source parts to build my own. Unfortunately the case was damaged in transit however without quibble they picked up the next day, retested and re-cased and back to me within 7 days. Ive only dealt with Cyberpower remotely and via email.

But the experience has been positive. The quality of the system that they built for me seems good so far about six weeks. The only times Ive contacted their support with a few minor queries they have been helpful and prompt. It will hopefully be some years before I need a new system but will consider them again then.

Great stuff, new PC is fantastic, packaged well, no messing about. They gave me a quote of 8 days and got it to me in 6. Fully custom build too which elsewhere was taking almost 3 weeks to provide. Ordered a computer, came on time, but came with none of the RGB stuff working. This was supposed to be quality tested???? How did it leave without anyone noticing that the rgb lighting didnt work! So I guess it wasnt tested at all or they had a blind guy test it using feel alone. Currently messaging support and they are asking is this plugged in Supposed to follow a power cable now around and hidden in the case to see if its plugged into the power unit I suggest you buy your PC from McDonalds, then you will know for a fact a clown installed it for you!

Great computer, great customer service : I bought, a reasonably expensive PC from Cyberpower, but it had been a little while since I had been up to date with all the changes in the PC tech. This meant, that while I was waiting for the PC to be assembled, my preferences changed regarding what components I would like. On both occasions that I did this, their customer service team were spot-on. I was aware, that at the time of my purchase, there was a general shortage of some PC components.

There was a short delay, but Cyberpower managed to source the parts and deliver the PC I wanted. During this time I was kept up to date with all the changes and I was able to check the progress of my build. Great job Cyberpower! Our son 11 yo has wanted a PC for almost a year. The only thing I think could be improved is that that there was no update on progress from when I ordered to when delivered. I will likely give this a place a 5 star rating, im just being cautious at the moment, my pc is brilliant, however when the pc first turned up the power supply died straight away, getting threw on the phone proved difficult when trying to call past 4 as i had to call back the next day, theyre open till However next day I had a friendly chat, they helped me send it back, it was replaced and repaired, and I had pc within a week.

Thats my experience, largely its good because the pc is amazing, just unfortunate to have had a power supply that didnt work, I assume its very rare, as it would likely be the manufacturer not the cyberpower. The company promised to deliver equipment by a date Friday and I made the purchase Wednesday and it was scheduled to be delivered 1 week after the purchase. I made it clear that I would be on a business trip during the week in question, finally I give 1 star because it doesnt have less than that.

I dont recommend the company to anyone if it has exact delivery dates. They sent after 2 day!!!! I got my custom build games computer a week earlier than I thought, my grandson and I was absolutely delighted, well done Cyberpower.
